Day 1

    12 Noon – Check-in to your luxurious rooms with a Welcome Drink

    Lunch – followed by Lavish multicuisine lunch and cherish your event

    Evening –  Guests will be served with High Tea to relax and enjoy the evening.

    Night –   A Hot and delicious Dinner for your esteemed wedding guests awaits.

Day 2

    Breakfast - for the guest to fill-up and gain energy for the long day ahead

    Lunch – Rich buffet will be served to enjoy event in the hotel premises

    Evening – Guest can relax with High Tea after a tiring function.

    Night – The Main Event commences as the hotel organises the Gala Dinner.

Day 3

Check out after Breakfast with a lot of memories.

Accommodation in well appointed rooms.
Buffet breakfast for resident guests at The Solitaire.
Welcome drinks will be served on arrival.
Complimentary tea/coffee making facility in the room twice free replenishment on daily basis.
Complimentary use of fitness centre & swimming pool for in house guest only.

Our Terms

Payment Terms & Condition. (100% Advance)
Booking will be considered confirmed on payment of 50% of the contracted agreed amount. 50% of the payment based on minimum guaranteed contracted amount to be deposited prior to 60 days of the date of event. Any further balance if any, strictly before the function by cash/ credit card/ cheque (Local cheque only). 
Advance once paid will not be refunded/ adjusted,.
After signing the contract you are bound to pay the guaranteed amount agreed as per the contract.
Kindly submit the copy of PAN/ TAN card for the billing.
·    Standard hotel check in time 12:00 noon, Check out time 10:00 a.m.
·    Early Check in / Late checkout subject to availability
·    All the guest has to carry their ID proof and has to present at the time of check-in.
·    Any taxes increases or decreases by the government will be charged on actual basis.
·    The above special rates are given considering bulk  business only; if no. of room nights /no. of  pax    in buffet  increases/decreases new rates will be applicable
·    The above package is applicable of Minimum room nights on double occupancy as mentioned above as specified above with the mentioned minimum guaranteed persons. 
·    All extras other then package will be collected to form the guest at the time of service.
·    Charges will be counted on the actual number of persons or the guaranteed number of persons whichever is higher.
·     In case the number of persons does increase the management will offer food & service for the only 15% above the numbers guaranteed by the customer. There on the management will levy a 20% surcharge + Taxes (on actual) (in addition to the rate per head) for any further increase in the number of guest.
·     The menu pattern which is been agreed by you (as mentioned above) will be followed strictly, changes in the items in same pattern will be acceptable, additional items will be charged extra as per hotel card rates.
·    Outside food & beverages of any kind will not be permitted into the hotel for consumption during the function.
·    Outside liquor will not be allowed in hotel premises (any Public Area) 
·    Crackers are not allowed within 150 meters radius of Hotel.
·    Playing of Loud music or band should be under Government limits/ decibels. Indoor music will be permitted only till 2300 Hrs & outdoor till 22.00 Hrs
·    Stage, Flower , light, birthday decoration, Octornorm stalls, Audio- Visual aids, Sound system, DJ, if any can be arranged at extra charges form hotel only. The management will not allow ANY OUTSIDE VENDOR. If you bring your own vendor service charge of 20% of their billing will be charged.
·    No flower decoration will be allowed on the bed of any room OR suites.
·    Drums/ Dhols are not allowed inside the hotel premises.
·    After 00:00 Hrs an additional Rs. 4000/- + Service Tax per hour will be charged as night burning charge.
·    All necessary permits, licenses (PPL or IPRS) or ‘No Objection Certificate’ required to host event (Musical functions/ fashion shows/ organized dance events and professional events.) will be arranged by customer and provided to the management at least 03days prior to the event.  
·    All materials/ goods brought in for the function/event will be strictly at customers own risk, the management will not be liable for any damage caused to the customers goods. Management strictly prohibits the use of nails, scotch tape, tying ropes or pins for any decoration purpose. The cost for any damage caused due to non adherence to this will be recovered from the customer. As a rule only standees & framed banners will be permitted to be put up within the premises.
·   Even if all 80 rooms are booked by the guest, the hotel is entitled to sell the other venues which are not confirmed at the time of signing the contact. 
·   Snacks service will be done only as per specified timings agreed in the contract; we cater the snacks till 11 pm only after the specified time starters/snacks will not be served.
·    The customer will ensure strict adherence to the hotel guidelines and will strictly responsible for any damage of breakage caused by any contractor/ worker engaged by him.
·    Vehicle parking will be at the vehicle owners risk and the management will not be liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle.    
·    All resident guests can keep their valuables in the safe kept in the rooms; hotel also has locker facility provided at the reception free of cost. However the management will not be liable for any misplacement and loss. 
·    Management will not be liable for any loss /damage/ theft / accident/incident happened to you, your guest, vendor any services hired by you.
·   The contract/proposal supersedes all earlier mails/ correspondence / verbal communications done by you   or us.
·   You have to provide us the naming list for room guest three days in advance.
·   All legal matters subject to Udaipur jurisdictions. 
·   Hotel will use Chinaware/ Melamine plates, steel cutlery for buffet meals
·   Limited set of available Table & chairs for sitting will be done by the Hotel free of cost, additional will incur extra charges.
·   No table service allowed in buffet except old age guests ( Senior Citizen )
·   Floating snacks will be provided for 2 hrs before buffet Lunch/dinner starts , 
·   Pan Stall is not permitted in hotel premises
