Graduating from Institute of Catering Technology, Pune, he went on to work with Hotel Jaipur Palace at Jaipur. After that, he was charming customers at Taj Fort Aguada, Goa. His rich experience gained from such 5 star hospitality hotels has helped Uddhav offer unmatched services apart from the variety of tasty dishes on the menu. Starting on his own, his notable work includes managing the revered Shruti Mangal Karyalay. He has served in large quantities on many occasions, sometimes more than 1000 people at one stretch. Apart from food, he has been instrumental in executing the whole event flawlessly – especially when it comes to corporate and other special events. Uddhav has been in the outdoor catering business for 15 succesful years now! Uddhav finds his solace in a clean separate kitchen he maintains at Sinhagad road, where all this magical food is prepared.
